I am happy to write a review for Honest-1 Auto Care. Recently, I had an unexpected problem with my car's timing belt and needed to get it fixed quickly. Fortunately, the team at Honest-1 Auto Care was able to accommodate me, even though I had a Doctor's appointment scheduled. I was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. They got me in and out quickly, while still providing high-quality service. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they communicated clearly throughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend Honest-1 Auto Care to anyone in need of auto repairs or maintenance. They provide excellent service and are willing to go above and beyond to accommodate their customers' needs. Thanks again to the team at Honest-1 Auto Care for a job well done!

I wasn't going to leave a review, I have nothing nice to say. But they emailed me asking to. They said I had to go to the body shop, couldn't tell me what was wrong with it, just I had to go to a body shop. Went to a body shop had it fixed that day. Needed a replacement rear tire control arm. They easily could've done this. The guys at the body shop said there either dumb or didn't want to do the job 🤷🏼‍♂️

The place of business was clean. Customer Service wasn't bad. I had an oil change there which didn't take too long. My only complaint is they charge a credit card fee which shows up on your receipt even if you pay cash. So beware & pay attention to your receipt to make sure you're being charged correctly.

Very good service. Attention to detail. Do not see that very often these days.
