Headlights and welded alternator bracket

I was visiting from out of town for some doctor's appointments and my car has broken down... Had it towed to this shop to find out my crankshaft pulley needed to be replaced as well... The Shop manager was kind enough to walk me though and show me what's damaged, and order the part. What could have taken 4-5 hours easy with them having very little staffing, they were extremely helpful and accomiated me to get the work done as soon as possible for me to make it to my Doctor's appointment. Not only they were super helpful and friendly, they had accomiated us with beverage and a nice quiet waiting room, they even told us where we can go have lunch while waiting. They were able to fix it as soon as the part has arrived and was out of there in time to make it to the doctor's appointment! They even left us a card and a bag of Oreos! I was even able to see the broken part, and see my car being worked in from the waiting room. Thank you so very much, and I highly recommend them for an excellent and honest work!

I wasn't going to leave a review, I have nothing nice to say. But they emailed me asking to. They said I had to go to the body shop, couldn't tell me what was wrong with it, just I had to go to a body shop. Went to a body shop had it fixed that day. Needed a replacement rear tire control arm. They easily could've done this. The guys at the body shop said there either dumb or didn't want to do the job 🤷🏼‍♂️

The place of business was clean. Customer Service wasn't bad. I had an oil change there which didn't take too long. My only complaint is they charge a credit card fee which shows up on your receipt even if you pay cash. So beware & pay attention to your receipt to make sure you're being charged correctly.
