I was recommended to Honest One by a colleague. My ABS brake system light had been on for a few weeks... I stopped by on Wednesday Oct. 4th. I waited 5 or 10 min while one of the technicians ran a diagnostic test. They told me what needed to be fixed, approximately how much time it would take, and a cost estimate for labor and parts. They were able to work me in a week later (10/10/18). When I came in for the repair - Sky checked me in, walked me through the estimate I had been given, and let me know she’d call when my car was ready. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from her an hour sooner than I expected. Chris - one of the owners - was there when I picked up my car. He took the time to explain what was done to fix the brake sensor then showed me the damaged part to ensure I fully understood the repair. I met Sherry - owner - the day I dropped in to schedule the repair. She’s a consummate professional. It’s obvious Sherry and Chris take quality and customer service seriously. The facility was clean (with a cozy lobby & mini fridge full of sodas), everyone I met on their team was professional & friendly, I walked away understanding the repair, and the estimate was spot on. When I got in my car to leave - I found a note and cookies from the technician. Nice touch! I highly recommend Honest One!

Bait and switch. Advertise $22.95 oil change was switched to $72.95. Not told until I had to pay for the work.

My vehicle was taken pretty much on time, they changed the oil and rotated my tires. I was quite happy with the service.

Having repairs redone on my car today that Honest One did 1 1/2 years ago. 10,000 miles later I have to have the repairs done again ( at another facility) due to improper installation. Belt replacement and rear wheel bearing. Buyer beware, no run fast to another repair facility.

I DON'T USUALLY PROVIDE REVIEWS FOR ANY SERVICE,BUT,AS MUCH AS I DON'T LIKE TO COMPLAIN,I HAVE HAD THE SAME SERVICE DONE TWICE DURING THIS YEAR,2018 AT YOUR REPAIR STATION ,MOST RECENTLY ON ARPIL 20,2018 AND THE SAME PROBLEM EXISTS.I HAD A LEAK IN MY TRANSMISSON PAN ON MY DODGE RAM TRUCK AND THE GASKET WAS REPLACED TWICE AND TWICE THE TRANSMISSION PAN HAS LEAKED AND IS STILL LEAKING.I HAVE ONLY PUT ABOUT 100 MILES ON MY TRUCK SINCE THE REPAIR OF APRIL 20TH,2018. BESIDES THE CONSTANT LEAKAGE ON MY DRIVEWAY,AFTER HAVING IT CLEANED,,,THE ONGOING SHABBY WORKMANSHIP OF YOUR REPAIR SHOP HAS LEFT ME WITH A DISTASTE FOR COMPANIES LIKE YOURS THAT TAKE A CLIENTS MONEY AND DOES NOT DELIVER THE JOB APPROPRIATELY. NO ONE ENJOYS THROWING AWAY MONEY AND ESPECIALLY FOR RETIRED PEOPLE,LIKE MYSELF,,WHO LIVE ON A LIMITED BUDGET ,MONTH TO MONTH. GRANTED,THE 2ND REPAIR WAS NO CHARGE,BUT THE FACT IS THE 1ST REPAIR WAS PAID FOR AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. BE GLAD I AM PUTTING THIS OUT ON YOUR SITE AND NOT OUT FOR ALL TO SEE ON GOOGLE OR OTHER SITES. I DON'T WISH ANY ANIMOSITY TOWARDS ANY ONE PERSON,,,,,,,,JUST THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE. I was getting just headlights replaced. But it is a more difficult job than most replacements on a Chevy Cobalt from 2009. I called other places that gave me outlandish prices to do the job. Some made excuses and told me they could not take my car for another week. The service here was not only friendly but they did the job in 15 minutes and surprised me with a very low price. I will definitely come back for service in the future. Kudos to the whole staff for a job well done and a very satisfied customer.

Quick and easy peasy....David even noticed I had a warning light on instrument panel. It was okay...I had temporarily shut off one of the features that came on my car. It was an annoying buzzer that went off way too often.

Got your card in mail for special on oil change and tire rotation. Got oil change only. No tire rotation no pressure check. No fluids check. Going back to Toyota. More money but they check everything
