I do not recommend this place at all, terrible service and they do not do the complete job and they are not at all honest, they charge you for things that they did not do and the parts they charge you 3 times more than their real value, terrible service. I would never go back to that place

The young man who did the actual work on the truck was good. My problem was with the person who you set up the work needed to be done and paying. This person didn't live up to the company name "HONEST-1". Asked how I was paying cash or credit. I said Cash. I got the receipt and went to truck. Took a moment and looked over the receipt. Was charged for using credit. I went back inside and questioned the person who handled the transaction as to how he charged me for using credit when we had discussed the type of payment and he held the Cash money in his hand. I received the money that was charged for credit card use but never received any type of apology for what he had done. I told him he wasn't living up to the company name.

I have been to Honest 1 Autocare for multiple repairs and each time Sherry and her team have done a terrific job with my vehicles. I would highly recommend them.

Service was great. Mechanic went over and beyond.

We had a horrible time trying to reach anyone at the shop. They were understaffed so they had to be closed on Saturdays. When we got there to pick up the car. We saw the hood open and rags on the engine. I asked why the hood was up and no one knew why. Then they couldn’t find my keys. I will not be going back to this location again.

First time I hadn't used the dealership service dept. Was a little apprehensive at first, but after talking with the business personnel it quickly became apparent I was in good hands. My vehicle's problem was quickly diagnosed, repairs rapidly accomplished, and I was back on the road with a smooth running vehicle. I will definitely use Hinest-1 for future services.

Do great work. Great customer service. Friendly staff.
