What a great place. 2nd time I have been here and plan on using from now on. In comparison all ford service was 3 weeks to a month to get in. Got in here less then 24 hours and great service and help. I won't go anywhere else.

I needed an oil change the day i called, to my surprise they said come right in. Right? 30 minutes later they are done and i'm on my way. That's great service!

Took my car in on a Tuesday to have the brakes looked at because they were real soft. Got a call several hours later saying I needed new pads and rotors on the front and the same on the rear. They also said I needed 2 new struts in the front and front end alignment for an additional charge. I told them to go ahead and work on the brakes and I'll deal with the struts later. They called me a Lyft and took me home. I didn't hear any thing Tuesday until I called them around 4pm and they said they needed the brake fluid to put back into the system. I went up there after work and the driver of the parts house just showed up around 4:30 pm with the brake fluid. They told me that since it was so late in the day, they'll have to bleed the system tomorrow (Wednesday). Wednesday comes and I called them around 11:30 and they said they had to do a gravitational bleed of the brakes and once that was done, to do a mechanical bleed. I said ok and let it go until I got a call later saying they bled the brakes but noticed I needed a new master cylinder since it was leaking. i told them ok and go ahead and put a new one on. Didn't hear anything so I figured I'd go up there Wednesday afternoon and on my way, they called me and told me that they road tested the car and noticed the brake pedal was tighter, but not stiff enough of where it should be. He recommended to go and replace the master cylinder with another one and bleed the brakes again. I told him ok and I hope this works now. I get a call Thursday morning telling me everything is good and ready to go. I went up there to pick it up and the owner wasn't there I went ahead and paid and left, but still wasn't happy with the whole experience so I called Saturday to see if the owner was there and they told me she was so I went back up there and talked to her about the situation. She offered to take $150 off the bill and give me a couple of free oil changes. I shook her hand and said that was fine with me. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I received, but the next time I need any brake work done, they may not be the first repair shop I'll call.
