This was my second experience bringing my vehical to Honest-1 Auto, like the first visit, it was nothing short of exceptional. The repair was timely and affordable. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone I know.

I had a good experience , but did not like the way i was charged more then want i was told. And they didnt even inform me about it until i picked my vehicle up, i had to get a loan. I also ask to get an estimate on a part but they didnt give me information,): The Spanish traslater is very friendly i give him a 5 start. Very professional. Sadly i had to deal with the ball headed guy. Thats probably why i wasn't inform right. Oh well .....

Brought my vehicle in for squeaking when turning. The problem wasn't fixed it still squeaks and I paid $700 for a exhaust manifold leak. Granted I do understand they found this issue and I'm glad I was made aware but the problems I brought it in for were not addressed and I asked for times to be called with progress and was not called at all. My vehicle was there over a week and even after I made it clear I need an update I still had to call. Overall disappointed with the lack of concern for keeping me updated as I need this vehicle for work

I am totally dissatisfied with parts policy at this store. I called about replacing a starter along with several general maintenance service issues. I had already purchased a replacement starter. It wasn't until after I had my truck towed to the shop that I was informed they wouldn't do the work unless I purchased the starter from them. I offered to waive the warrenty on parts and labor to no avail. I then had to tow the truck again. I'm out $150.00 in towing charges to and from Honest one car care and nothing accomplished but a rise in blood pressure and back to square one. I only gave it 1 star because the mechanic seemed very knowlegable and had the job half done before he was halted by the manager. This was my first and last visit to Honest one car care. I would NOT reccomend them to anyone.

The car was brought in about 10:30, and I'd called a week ahead to make an appt. It was kept overnight, as I was told the parts for the timing belt had to be sent for. Overnight was not planned for, and I needed a neighbor to take to a Drs. appt. When I picked it up the next afternoon, the bill was nearly $200. more than anticipated, and I was told the water pump and an AC belt needed replacing--no call was made to me beforehand. Thus the 3 stars instead of the usual 5 I can give.

Thanks, the business was very clean, waiting room is quiet, convenient and my son enjoyed being able to watch TV while we waited. .. and that didn't take long either.

Fast and friendly service. Great staff exspecially the receptionist V. 😊
