The front staff was great. They seemed excited to be at work doing their job. Great little waiting area upstairs with a window over the bay to look down on your car if you would like. It is where you can get coffee (or a water or soda down stairs), watch TV, play on their computer or just relax off to the side. My car was repaired in a reasonable amount of time and don't forget the treat they leave on your seat!

I don't ever leave reviews but she I left there today I just had to shake my head. I dropped my car off this morning after I showed up yesterday for my scheduled appointment and they told me they couldn't keep because they were busy. By the way, I called them first, before I came back again this morning to make sure I could drop it off. No problem.. I called an hour before they closed today to see if it was ready, only to hear them say they haven't started the job yet. Just so you know... All I needed was for them to change out headlights. Anyway I picked up my car and left. They actually asked me to bring it back tomorrow!! Lol, yea right!! I wouldn't go back there if you paid me.

I was visiting my daughter in Ladson, a long drive from Illinois, where I live. Although I had my car checked before I came, there was a strong vibration when braking at a higher speed. I was taken in immediately for service and was so pleased to see a spotless shop with super friendly people. Lesley at the counter was a joy and the owner called me with the diagnosis and price. They repaired my car in short order, using only the parts that were truly necessary, and at a very fair price. Chris, the mechanic did a great job. And what a nice touch to find a thank you card and a package of cookies in the cup holder. I didn't visit the lounge, but I'm told it's like being in your living room with comfy seats, tv and refreshments. It doesn't get any better than that. I highly recommend this shop. It was such a relief to find an honest business when I was so far from home. Especially since I'm a senior lady without much knowledge of cars.

Here is a receive email I had to send to Honest-1 Auto Care - Ladson, SC Service Advisor, It appears we are having some major disconnects with the 2006 Jeep Liberty - Plate JPY310. This vehicle was dropped off on 6/19 for a full inspection of the A/C system AND the problem with the interior dampers. Upon completion of the Evap Core in Nov. 2014 the dampers have not worked correctly. Per my conversation with Philip Brown before dropping off the vehicle on 6/19 he was going to review this issue by removing the dash to relieve the vacuum line(s) that got pinched during installation. Based on the service invoice the AC system was removed and replaced, but nothing mentions removing the interior dash and checking the vacuum lines. This vehicle has been in your possession multiple times for extended periods (weeks) to resolve two common issue and for some reason both issued never get resolved at the same time!!! Now I have a vehicle, in the middle of summer, that does not have a properly functioning A/C system. I received a phone call indicating that my Jeep Liberty was complete and that the A/C system AND dampers were working properly. I specifically asked if the dampers were operating and was informed that, "Everything is working". And once again, to my disappointment, it is not. Contact me at your earliest convenience to resolve this issue. What this email doesn't state is the full timeline of events; Compressor Kit was replaced in 8/2014. Then my Evap Core was replaced 10/2014. Since the installation of the Evap Core the interior blower damper has stopped working. Then I was informed I need new Climate Control Panel. The Compressor Kit was faulty and replaced on 7/2/2015. The blower damper is still not fixed.

I recently bought my car in to get an oil changed, 1 week later, my hose (anti freeze) broke and left me stranded. I would hope that this was all coincidental, however, with a supposed check and fluid top off, maybe this should have noticed. After I was left stranded, I had my vehicle towed to Honest -1 to have the hose replaced. I inquired why this was not noticed when I received my oil change and the customer service rep explained that you just don't know until it breaks and there is no way to tell, however, at the time of replacement of the hose, you guys were able to tell that I needed several other hoses replaced but after having the vehicle ALL day, you could not give me pricing. The very next day, I was stranded again, have not taken it to another mechanic as of yet so I can't really say what is wrong, but I do know that upon checking it to see, none of my fluids were refilled. I do know that I will not have my car serviced at Honest -1 again. Thank you for allowing me to leave a review!
