Good customer service nice upstairs waiting lounge. I had my Mercedes Benz E500 repaired there had airmatic suspension problems , they repaired it for a fraction of what the Mercedes Benz Dealer would change.
I had a very bad experience, see previous review. Area supervisor, he claimed, called from a blocked number to get details, said he would call me back with in a day or so, been a week now, as expected. No call!

My experience here was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever received anywhere. Not only was the staff not helpful, but when I tried to find out both what was wrong with my car as well as how to fix it I was constantly left mid conversation by the man speaking to me even though he pulled me aside to talk to me! He answered phones and talked to his mechanics instead of taking 10 minutes to explain what was going on it took nearly 45. He had no clear cut answers for me and it was as if he didn't even want me to use them for my cars repairs. He could care less about my business. I am not a mechanic I don't have a vast knowledge of cars but he insisted on talking to me as if I were a fellow mechanic, I had to ask him 5 times to explain in further detail what he was talking about and still he didn't. I was boiling over with anger by the time I left this place, I've never seen such a level of incompetence and blatant disregard for customer service in my life.
Went in with a misfire, check engine light. They told me what I needed, I paid them over 500.00. I STILL HAVE THE SAME MISFIRE AND SAME CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HE APOLOGIZES TO LEAVE ME THAT WAY, BUT CHARGED ME THE 500.00. NOW I HAVE TO TAKE AND PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO DIAGNOSE AND FIX THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I BELIEVE V A REFUND IS DUE! TRYING TO FIND OWNERS INFORMATION!!
