Professional and courteous. My oil change was completed in a timely manner. Nobody tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I was advised to get new air filters and I appreciated that.

The man up front was getting upset with me because his charges did not add up correctly. After dealing with his sass, his manager stepped in and gave me my service free of charge. Aside from the sass, i was overall pleased!

I was very pleased with the service and warranty coverage for parts and labor at Honest-1. My car went in for a radiator defect and was promptly replaced with another. All I had to pay for was the replacement of the fluids. Management and employees are exceptional and personable as well as provided a way home when my vehicle had to stay overnight.
