I sincerely wish I could give more than a Five Star Review. I'm from Ohio and was here in Charleston for vacation and on the way to leave, my car did not start. This was Sunday 6/4 and no one was open to fix the problem which is electrical. On Monday morning, we called the Charleston Auto & Electric to have my car towed and they took my information and said they'd call back and no one ever showed nor did they call back so I tried Honest 1, they were at my friend's house to tow in the time frame they gave. We arrived around 1:30pm, and the tech, Ryan, worked on my car from the time a bay opened up to four hours past his shift trying to fix the issue. Alli, who was also there 6 hours later than she was supposed to be was so friendly and kept me entertained while waiting for all this work to be done. At the end of the night (10pm past the shop hours) we hit a speed bump, however Ryan volunteered to come in on his day off today to resolve the problem with my car. The shop is clean, everyone has been friendly, they serve refreshments and have a lounge upstairs which is comfortable for the wait. I will soon be headed back to Ohio and will never forget the care these people have put into their jobs. It's pricey but highly worth it considering all factors.
