Brought my cadillac in after another shop had it for 3 days and couldnt find the problem. Honest found and fixed the problem in 3 hours. Plus great customer service.. Will come again!!!

I have now come into the shop 4 different times, and each time my expectations have been exceeded. They are always very friendly and very informative. They do what they say they are doing with excellence and in a very timely manner! I give them two thumbs up and 5 stars - an excellent experience every time.

I waited 2hrs after I had an appointment, but I understood that they did not have what they needed for my car. Once the part was delivered my car was ready in a timely manner..

I had issues with getting tires from another place I won't name since they are a piece of crap, but this place was phenomenal. I was in and out within an hour, they fixed the damage that the other place did. They advised me before doing the work. They quoted properly and told me what was needed for future reference. Their waiting room is nice and you can watch them working on your car from there. I have a future visit for my tune up so I am very thrilled with this place.

Honest One provided me with outstanding service on my 2012 Chevy Malibu. It all started with Angie being very helpful and patient. The parts that were suppose to arrive 4 days prior to my scheduling my appoint, didn't arrive. I contacted Angie and she assured me that when I did receive them that they would get me right in. They sure did and expedited the repair. They also replaced a Schrader valve at no cost to me. That is very rare at a repair facility and greatly appreciated. They also checked out the under carriage and several other components to assure me that everything was working great. There was two areas that needed attention very soon. They had the estimate worked up and ready for me when I picked up the car. That was greatly appreciated too. Such outstanding care and attention to my vehicle. Their prices were very reasonable for the amount of work. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs special care for their vehicle and not at an inflated cost. Truly professional. They will become my repair facility for any future repairs. Angie, for your help and dedication of your mechanics, THANKS VERY MUCH. Outstanding. Noted by a 100% Disabled Veteran.
