Many thanks to Chris and David for honoring the warranty of shocks that were sub-standard on installation in my Pilot. After just 6 months the shocks that were installed by Honest-1 had begin to bottom out just coming off a curb. It took me nearly a year to get the vehicle into Honest-1 to address the issue. Chris honored the lifetime warranty and installed appropriate shocks including parts and labor for no charge.
Very disappointed had to wait a very long time for a parts house to deliever a oil filter.
I have typically had good luck here. They do most of my oil changes.
New Cars are running great so don't stop by much, needed oil change in 2014 Honda Civic, Sherry the owner was fantastic, I was treated like a King! Expedited oil change and new wipers, gone in 30 min!
Dishonest, despite their name. Didn't patch my tire, plugged it and it kept leaking and lost my lug nut key. Incompetent and untrustworthy.
First place I don't have to worry about being ripped off!
