Worst experience I've ever had with a business. The store manager is extremely unprofessional. I dropped my car off running rough and had to have it towed to Jones Ford for repair. They can change oil, but that is the extent of their abilities. I will never use them again, I was warned by multiple friends but didn't listen due to them being convient to my house. Lessened learned.
