We had a horrible time trying to reach anyone at the shop. They were understaffed so they had to be closed on Saturdays. When we got there to pick up the car. We saw the hood open and rags on the engine. I asked why the hood was up and no one knew why. Then they couldn’t find my keys. I will not be going back to this location again.

First time I hadn't used the dealership service dept. Was a little apprehensive at first, but after talking with the business personnel it quickly became apparent I was in good hands. My vehicle's problem was quickly diagnosed, repairs rapidly accomplished, and I was back on the road with a smooth running vehicle. I will definitely use Hinest-1 for future services.

They had 1 mechanic this day but he plowed through and got my car completed by the end of day. The customer service never dropped. The store manager proved why he was the store manager. S. White

From the office manager to the mechanics ,everyone that I had the pleasure of dealing with did a outstanding job of fixing my badly worn out front end on my 10 year old truck in an exceptionally fast and thorough manner and got up with my warranty people and got it all paid for I'll bring my truck and my wifes car here anytime they need repairs

Apparently I wrote a review a couple days I've since retracted that review because I've never had a problem with honest One Auto on college Park I have been using them for over 5 years I don't know what happened that day but I'm good with them. My work is always done on time and done properly no complaints here sorry for the confusion enjoy your day.
